Staff Selection Commission (SSC)

Staff Selection Commission is the first recruitment agency for the Central Government. SSC is responsible for the training and recruitment of personnel at various governmental departments and boards. Gramin Dak Sevak

The Indian Post Office Department provides a large number of employment in India. They recruit 10th pass students as Gramin Dak Sevak or GDS from the various village of India. The Indian Post Office provides the following job role.

  • GDS Branch Post Master (BPM): The job of a GDS BPM will have to manage the regular working of the particular branch of Gramin Dak.
